My name is René van de Pas. With a background in engineering, I worked in this sector for many years, including in recruitment, talent management and employee development. Because of that, I understand how things really work in technical organizations and the challenges HR managers and leaders face on a daily basis.

The common thread throughout my career has always been the same: helping people grow in their development. Whether it’s finding the right employee, strengthening teams or coaching individuals who want to take more ownership of their work and life.

In my coaching, I love guiding clients in defining their personal mission. It helps employees navigate their choices with clarity and direction. My own mission is “discover and develop through connection.” I always work from genuine contact and look together with the other person for opportunities for growth and development.

Alongside my coaching practice, I support students of HRM and Applied Psychology at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. I also work with students with ADD, ADHD and autism, which gives me additional insight into how differently people learn and develop.

I combine my technical, pragmatic mindset with a personal and people-centered approach. Clarity and practical steps are key, always with attention to who someone is and what drives them.

I mainly focus on the Eindhoven and North Limburg region. Coaching can take place at my practice in Ysselsteyn, on location within your organization, or in Veldhoven through my collaboration with Klik-HR.

NOLOC

I am officially registered as a Noloc Registered Career Professional with the professional association NOLOC (the Dutch Association for Career Professionals and Job Coaches).
This means that I work in accordance with the Noloc Code of Conduct and meet the current standards in the areas of professional competence, ethics and continuous professional development.
