Since 2024, I’ve been working as a career coach in partnership with Klik-HR, the career development agency founded by Carin van Holstein. Carin is an experienced and dedicated professional, with a strong focus on outplacement, leadership, and work fulfillment. She works with genuine connection and attention to both people and organizations.

Klik-HR helps people and organizations move forward. With career coaching, leadership development, and outplacement support, we empower individuals to take ownership of their work and energy. We also support organizations with challenges around sustainable employability, stress, and personal development.

Since 2025, I have been collaborating with Regis, a trusted partner for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to grow and develop. Regis believes that organizations thrive when people, structure, and strategy are in balance. Guided by this vision, Regis helps businesses develop a clear business strategy, strengthen their teams, and create structure in processes, roles, responsibilities, and organizational development.

These development programmes often require a long-term investment. Fortunately, the Dutch government also recognizes the importance of continuous development within SMEs and offers the SLIM subsidy to support these initiatives. Regis supports organizations throughout the subsidy application process and, where appropriate, manages the entire application free of charge.

What appeals to me most about this collaboration is the way Regis brings people, structure, and strategy together. This vision perfectly aligns with my own belief that a programme is only truly successful when people come to work with a smile and leave at the end of the day with one as well.
